Prepare Your Items
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they remain undamaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Affix Shipping Labels
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
